Delivery & Return Policy
Soundmax aims to provide a fast, cost effective and safe delivery of your order.
Delivery costs R119 per order and orders are usually dispatched on the same day for smaller items and next business day dispatch for larger items. All items are send via courier. You will need to sign for your order.
We will send you an email to confirm when an order leaves our warehouse. If for any reason your order is not dispatched within the estimated timescale, we will send you an email with a revised delivery date.
Someone must be present at the designated shipping address during normal business hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm) to sign for deliveries. Extra charges will be incurred for repeated drop off attempts.
If you are not in when our courier arrives, they will leave a card for you with details of your order and a phone number to arrange an alternative delivery date. Alternatively, you can pick up at your local collection point - detailed on the card.
Cash on Delivery is not a payment option that is utilized for online purchases. All delivery charges are charged to the customer upfront on finalization of sale.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after you've received your item. If 14 days have gone by since your receiving of the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer immediate refund or replacement for products which have quality problem or arrive damaged upon checking pictures of item(s) without asking you to return the original package.
For other conditions and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of payment/purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after your receiving of the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your banking details or original method of payment, within 1 business day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@soundmax.co.za.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for return address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Processing refunds:
Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account. Should you not receive your refund within 10 days, kindly contact us.
